Moniplast’s recycled PVC cladding elements neutralise projectiles that are not to blame.

Our PVC waste recycled materials are suitable for outdoor and indoor certified shooting range surfacing. The PVC waste has been tested and product developed by Moniplast Recycling Ltd. and is a proprietary blend, which provides the elements with high load bearing capacity, non-slip properties and the ability to neutralize projectiles.

Areas of use

How do PVC cladding elements work in different areas?

Shooting ranges

Safety is a major concern at the shooting ranges. An optimal casing prevents projectiles from splattering and recoiling, thus eliminating/minimising the risk of injury during shooting. Furthermore, the matching floorplates are completely non-slip, allowing the shooter to stand and control the weapon with stability.

Industrial halls

In industrial facilities, when loading production lines and machines with raw materials, the flooring is subject to heavy loads due to the movement of assemblies, shelving systems, etc. High load-bearing flooring can help to make the area safer for workers, reducing the risk of slipping and possible injury.

Parking, garages

The pavement is subject to considerable stress in the parking areas due to the constantly changing vehicle weights. Durable PVC waste-based pavements can provide a longer service life and require less maintenance, which can result in long-term cost savings.

Zero Waste, recycled
PVC to protect our environment

PVC waste is a material derived from a plastic called polyvinyl chloride, which can no longer be reused for its original function or purpose. However, Monifer Ltd. or Moniplast Recycling Ltd. a 100% Hungarian family owned company has explored the potential of PVC and we manufacture our own, specially patented, reliable shooting range (and other) cladding elements from the waste material.
